New agreement between Sciences po Law School and Havard Law school
Harvard Law School (HLS) and Sciences Po Law School (SPLS) have forged a dynamic new partnership that will allow faculty and student exchanges at both the Master’s/Juris Doctor and Ph.D. levels.
Sciences Po is now one of only eight universities worldwide (and two in continental Europe) to have an official exchange program with Harvard.
The agreement presents a wonderful opportunity for SPLS students, professors and researchers to experience one of the world’s foremost centres of legal teaching and research, offering a rich and varied curriculum, a variety of methodological approaches, and access to the world’s largest academic law library containing materials from over 230 jurisdictions.
For its part Sciences Po Law School, established in 2009, offers innovative programs specialising in economic law, globalisation and legal theory. It aims to train lawyers with an emphasis on critical thinking and creativity in preparation for leadership roles in fields such as business, economic regulation agencies, and the judiciary. 20% of students are non-French, representing 32 countries, and students can select from a wide range of stimulating courses in English and French.
