Conference on social networks and networking event with Sciences Po VP (Dec. 3)

Sciences Po and the University of Chicago’s Center organize on Dec. the 3rd (next Tuesday) at 7.00 pm a conference of the Sciences Po MPA director followed by a networking event with the Sciences Po vice-president, in French and English languages. It will be held at the University of Chicago’s Center and it is free. The conference is in English and examines the role of social networks on economic development. After the conference, you can relax with some drinks and talk freely to Mr Francis VERILLAUD, Sciences Po vice-president in charge of international affairs, Dr. Sean SAFFORD, Sciences Po MPA director, LIU Huayin, Sciences Po deputy representative in China, and naturally to the rest of the audience.

巴政经济系教授获欧盟资助

近日欧盟研究委员会（ERC）颁发给巴政经济系副教授Nicolas Coeurdacier 　«  ERC Starting Grant »，以支持他关于金融市场的研究项目－ Within and across countries heterogeneity in international finance (INFINHET).该项目将尝试建立新的多国宏观经济模型，以便更好的理解金融全球化的过程和结果，这对于找到目前世界正在经历的金融危机的根源以及扩散方式的理解有非常重大的意义。该项目还将尝试理解国际私人金融投资组合方式和金融状况的联系，以及新兴国家在金融市场上角色的演变。

欢迎报考巴黎政治大学本科生项目

巴黎政治大学的本科课程，采用的是多学科交叉的教育模式, 课程涉及经济，法律，历史，社会学，政治学等社会科学的各个领域。课程还特别注重传授学生分析思考问题的方法，培养学生国际化的视角，勇于承担重任的态度。

本科课程（法语为“Collège Universitaire”）学制三年。本科的前两年，国际学生将在Sciences Po位于法国的Le Havre, Dijon, Menton,Reims校区学习。第三年学生们将在海外的合作院校学习，也可以进行一年的海外实习。
－每个校区都专注于世界上某一个特别地区的研究。
－每个校区拥有同样数量的国际学生和法国学生。
－每个校区的学生人数都受到控制100至250个学生，保证了每个校区的社区感

我们开设的本科项目如下：

巴黎政治大学法学院与清华大学法学院于2006年开展广泛合作，尤其是建立了« Justice, Law and Society in China » 合作研究项目，对全球化背景下中国的法制化进程进行分析研究。两个学校还在基础性研究、出版、教学以及学生、老师、研究人员的交流方面开展了积极的合作。值清华百年校庆之际，法学院举办International Conference of Legal Education, JAMIN先生在该会议上做了题为 《 The French Experiment of a New Law School in a Globalisation Context: Some Practical Remarks 》的讲话。

在华期间，JAMIN先生还与北京大学法学院、北京师范大学法学院的领导进行了会面，商讨合作事宜，并参加了法国文化中心举办的法律讲座。

专题讲座-中国的低碳发展：成就与挑战

主讲人：清华大学气候政策研究中心主任齐晔教授

国家“十一五”规划提出了能耗强度相对2005年降低20%的节能目标。齐晔教授将通过此次讲座解读中国关键产业的节能表现，展望为达到节能目标所需要实施的政策，并将就“十一五”计划的实施进行分析。此次的节能目标包括降低相对于2010年16%的能耗强度以及17%的碳耗强度。这些目标的重要性，将不仅仅作用在中国的经济发展方面，还将关系到整个环境的保护。

« Le 11e Plan quinquennal de la Chine (période 2006-2010) avait défini comme objectif de réduire l'intensité énergétique du pays de 20 % par rapport au niveau de 2005. Le Professeur Ye Qi décryptera lors de cette conférence la performance énergétique de la Chine dans des secteurs clés, proposera un panorama des politiques et des instruments mis en œuvre pour atteindre cet objectif et apportera des éléments d'analyse relatifs à l'adoption du nouveau Plan quinquennal (période 2011-2015). Les objectifs consistent désormais en une réduction de 16 % de l'intensité énergétique par rapport au niveau de 2010 et une réduction de 17 % de l'intensité carbone. Ces objectifs revêtent une grande importance, tant pour le développement économique de la Chine que pour l'environnement de la planète. »
