This exciting role working within the client services team of a Loyalty Marketing Agency is primarily responsible for providing support within a dedicated client servicing team in order to deliver successful loyalty marketing services to various blue chip clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Account Manager in client services
1.Reporting to a designated supervisor, AE is responsible for day to day account servicing activities, effectively implementing agreed Marketing & Branding, PR, Event Management activities, Creative and Design, Fufilment and liaising with the client.
2.AE’s specific responsibilities incl. tools development, suppliers liaison, task coordination, creative works, marketing research and reporting on client program, client satisfaction and marketing opportunities.
3.Conduct background research on topics relevant to client accounts, new business pitches
4.Conduct meetings with relevant level external audiences as part of research program
5.Work with counterparts across locations and teams to collate results from multiple locations
6.Assisting in compiling Marketing & Branding Campaigns proposal and budget

Creative and Design
1.To write creative brief
2.Working closely with Creative Team
3.Manage timely delivery of creative work and meeting clients’ datelines
4.Support production aspect by liaising with suppliers, e.g. quotes, quality control, managing datelines
Client Liaison
1.Facilitate and attend client meetings and serve as a point of contact
2.Provide documents to client and obtain feedbacks
Financials
1.To seek approval prior committing to Project’s Expenses
2.Keep track of Cash/Expenses Advance spent, completing expense reports on time and updating team leader regularly re client expenses
3.Keep track of Project Advance spent, completing expense reports on time and updating team leader regularly re client expenses
4.Check supplier invoices for accuracy prior to providing to team leader
Others
1.Maintain client central files
REQUIREMENT
Suitable candidates should have a background and enthusiasm for marketing, a logical thinking process, strong interpersonal skills and a client focused attitude.
Mandatory to the position is the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin and ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and Project. And prefer the term Loyatly Marketing Agency.
