I just wonder why a big international campany doesn't require your good english level.
english is a important point in your compentence
even for finding an intership in P&G or GE, if you say that your english is poor, you will be excluded.

楼上要是真真滴英语好就该知道congratulations 要加s 。 好不好来讲英语干什么，难道这就是传说中的爱现？ 有本事说说你自己干什么的，有啥跳槽经验来跟楼主正儿八经分享分享，这才是王道，你那些前辈的事又不是咱自己的你说是不是，所以不能算数。

maybe you can give me some CLASSIC english
after all i  have no problem to communicate with others, it is enough

那你为什么不写地道的汉语非要写中国式的英语呢，练习英语可以和英美人练习的，这个版里基本都是中国人，除非你的电脑不能写中文

对于edf,total,你现在的公司算是小公司吧?如果你找的客户端是oreal,要拿50k就没那么容易了,因为他们可以用50k找一个比你经验丰富的多的人
我的前辈们也是从当年的这样的大公司,拿着中规中矩的工资,跳到小公司,拿到一个在大公司需要很多年经验才能拿到的工资
很少有行业能像你们这行跳槽如此频繁的

也许是我没看明白 既然你知道我不是edf total的员工 那你为什么说你的前辈们也是从这样的大公司跳到小公司？我是从规模差不多的公司从externe变成interne
