Please pay attention at the difference between a Tiitre d'ingenieur program and a Master Prgram
The first one is a traditional french engieering program which has existed for so long time and has a reputation in french socity and for some top ecole d'ingenieurs a international reputation
The last one is a new program which has appeared for about 20 years, the students of a Master Program are mainly foreign students. The main purpose of this program is providing for foreign student a comparable french degree in the fields of engineering.It can be taught in English or in French(This is never possible for a Titre d'ingenieur program) and generally you have to pay for the tuition fees.

大部分工程师学院都跟大学学费差不多.当然有私立的,但基本上也没到1w.
你所说的工程师学院,或者工程师学院跟大学合作的master项目,出来的文凭不是工程师文凭.而是master文凭!~
