Another imformation is that , charge of 180 is because they are improving the hot water system now, when this is finish, charge will go down to about 120 or 130

Mr.Gu has warned u never to trust these agents, especially these from the SG bank.
And some others have confirmed your suspicion - the charge is really something, it's exotic, and excentric.
At the meanwhile Wolf's suggested u to give more details and smithgogo has precised that such a prix might be considered as reasonable and acceptable in case it's a building equiped with centralized hot water and heating system.
So now it's ur turn to complete the information and it's up to u to decide whom to listen to: the agent or us. If you choose the former, go ahead otherwise it would be too late for this precious chance; if it's the latter, don't rush, these agents are more hurry than u and this appartment has nothing really shine, please take ur time, just keep your rhythm, visit more and discuss more, while looking backwards in the near future, u'll really appreciate what we've told u now.
