我收到信说Cegetel的用户可以转Neuf，并且不用换设备（CBox），于是我就申请了，现在已经收到confirmation说都好了，但是我用的不是Neuf Box，转换其间我也没碰过我的CBox，不知道还要不要安装什么东西，可是我也没有收到安装盘。我想知道现在到底用还要做什么，还是什么也不用做了，现在也不知道打电话到国内是否免费，有没有转过的，告知一点经验。先谢谢了

麦克风坏掉？你可以测试一下啊，就知道了。

看来我没有很好的解释产品的功能，失责失责！
对于WengoPhone，就像QQ，MSN一样，只要有网络有电脑，你就可以使用它，不在乎你在什么地方。
对于打电话的功能，也是一样，只要你能使用WengoPhone，你就可以打电话了，同样是没有地域限制的。这是网络电话的一个优点，你的电话在有网络的地方就能使用。甚至对于我们马上要推出电话号码也是一样，无论你在哪里，你的朋友拨打你的号码都能找到你。

我用VISA卡充了10€，是不再象以前那样不到5分钟一断了，可是到了44：47秒左右的时候肯定断。。。。能告诉我这是怎么回事吗？充了钱了还不让随便打啊，没懂。。。

你可以试用一下，了解效果。现在注册一个账号，能免费获得一欧元的话费。

要申请，你需要首先去http://www.wengo.com/index.php/download下载WengoPhone，安装后，进入软件就可以申请了

谢谢你的解答。我看了价目表：有pc to pc, pc to phone, sms 就是说不能pc to mobile(手机)？ 还是包括在 to phone 里了？ 还有 什么是call forward? 回呼？

另外，我的机器很老， 只能装2000，你们的软件必须要xp吗？

这个地址，你可以看到每个国家的具体价格。PC to PC是免费的，上面的价格只是针对于PC to Phone， 打手机当然是可以的。

call forward是指呼叫转移，意思是如果你的好友通过Wengo呼叫你，如果你不在电脑旁，呼叫会直接转移到你的手机或座机，当然使用这项服务需要你购买了Wengo话费。

对于2000，WengoPhone也是支持的。

PS: 如果你对英文不是很熟悉，网页也是有法文的。

为什么下载了用不了，没有办法申请账户

装了不能用。双击后主窗口没能完全打开，就跳到出错窗口，显示“program failure"
