传统的丹麦民谣，讲述了一个英雄 Raymond 的故事，他在海滩上独自与七个大力士搏斗，最后杀死了国王。这是专辑里一首比较优美的作品，progessive 的味道相对不是很浓。
Tyr来自法罗群岛，这里寒冷的气候造就了他们独有的激情而忧伤的气质。非常喜欢乐队新主唱 Heri Joensen 的声音，高亢富有激情，无论曲调高到什么程度，他都能唱上去，而且声音很放松似乎还留有余地可以更高一层。
