今早收到邮件，可以去取护照了。19日递交材料的，一共10个工作日（中间有一天是英国的假期？）

They'll consider departure date or not at all?

But I didn't received any confirmation mail for the past 3days. Is it normal?
Can I go there ask them?

我申请的出发日期是9.14
不知道他们考不考虑。
