A revealed secret
Helen was a little girl who likes chocolate very much，but her mother only allowed her toeat one chocolate per day，and her mother told Helen， if she don’t respect the rules , she will never get any chocolate. On a Wednesday morning, Helen’s mother went to work, and Helen found out that this is the best occasion to eat chocolate secretly, so she ate one more, she found that it was so delicious, so she couldn’t stop to eat.
A few minutes later, her tummy was full, she realised that she already finished the first layer of chocolate. Helen knew very well if her mother find it , she will be very angry and will punish her,so she reversed the first layer and the second layer. When her mother returned, she pretended that nothing happened. Two dayslater, it seems that her mother didn’t remark Helen’s secret. But Helen was always worried that her secret will be revealed, and she couldn’t sleep very well, she always has nightmare, she felt ashamed about herself.
She thought of it again and again, in the end, she decided to tell the truth to her mother and prepared to be punished. After Helen confessed all the bad things she did to her mother, she was surprised that her mother didn’t punish her, because her mother thought that honesty is the most important thing of all.
Despite her mother forgave her, she asked her to do more exercise to lose her weight. Helen did lots of sports, but she didn’t reduce any weight, she cried out : ”It is so difficult to lose my weight! ”
She promised to never eat too much chocolate.
