HR Compliance Specialist
About the job
Our Exciting Opportunity is here for you!
This position is based in Boulogne-Billancourt.
Working in Huawei France Office HR department, you report to France Huawei compliance HR and HRD, work closely with payroll team, legal team and Quality Operations Dept.
You will:
- Execute, implement, optimize Huawei France HR external compliance regulations and internal process.
- Work as project assistant, pilot and follow up France HR compliance key tasks and key projects.
- Communication with different departments and collaborators in order to achieve key objectives.
- Manage different HR compliance topics such as Industry agreement implementation, professional index, visa compliance, ABC related and BCG related HR topics.
- Support on Huawei France localization project key tasks.
- Support on HR department atmosphere activities.
You must have:
- Master degree or above, preferably in law or business management.
- Have a first compliance work experience in an international firm.
- Speak fluently English, French and Chinese.
- Strong communication skills, analytical skills, quick learning, can work independently.
- Familiar with Microsoft tools.

Sales specialist CDD interim
This position is based in Boulogne-Billancourt.
Working in Huawei France Office CNBG, you report to France Huawei GSD Director, work closely with CNBG sales team, project team and other department.
Your responsibilities are :
1. Sales Project Management
1) Market target and award projects application
Organize the market target and award projects application in the beginning of the year, align PD, milestone and project level with KAD and BU at regional and rep office level
Review and update market target and award projects in the middle of year in terms of PD and milestone, update new projects and adjust market project level accordingly
2) Sales Project Management
Support internal process, including ATI, closure, risk review and compensation (commendation application)
Routinely monitor the sales management KPI achievement and communicate timely with regional office and HQ, prepare monthly project operation report
Check the project exception analysis regularly and assist the project members to improve project management quality
Create war room for each year’s strategy targets and update MoM every month
Familiar with HQ iSales changes and organize digitalization of sales projects training for all
2. Loan contract offset Management
Evaluate the rationality of loan contract creation
Follow up the loan contract offset progress to ensure the achievement of total inventory and LTO target
Prepare monthly loan contract offset report and update in RCP dashboard
3. Prepare weekly business guidance progress report
4. Backup of sales order data analysis
You must have:
