办理长居的时候会给一个3个月的临时居留吧,然后拿这个和护照去警察局,可以给一个三个月的多次进入法国的签证,凭签证就可以出法国了。
Going out of the country : the prefectorial return visa
When a researcher wishes to temporarily leave France during his stay, for example in order to participate in a conference in another country, he must make sure that his Resident's Permit is still valid so that he can justify his residence in France in case of possible frontier checks.
With some types of permit, the receipt for the first application or the provisional permit do not confer the right to stay. In this case, the researcher who wishes to leave France temporarily can ask to be issued with a Prefectorial Return Visa, which will allow him to return to France. In the same way, a researcher who holds a temporary Resident's Permit with a single entry and thus exempt from this type of permit, must apply for a return visa to temporarily leave French territory.
To complete his application, he must present the following:
• His passport,
• A Passport photo,
• The receipt for his Resident's permit application, or the provisional authorisation for a Resident's Permit, if the Prefectorial visa is needed after the Resident's Permit has been applied for, a supporting document (invitation letter ...)
• A taxation stamp costing 6 euros, except for nationals of South AFrica and the Lebanon
He must also fill in:
A form (Cerfa No 20-3240) entitled "Demande de visa de passeport d'un ressortissant étranger" - Application for a visa passport for a non-French citizen.
This prefectorial visa is, in theory, valid for all countries, without any particular expectations and without any limitation on the number of trips made. It covers the same period as the receipt of the first application, the provisional authorisation or the Temporary stay visa. The Prefectorial Return visa is limited according to the validity of the passport.
The Prefecture will stamp "return visa" on the holder's passport.
N.B.: The Prefectorial Return Visa is sometimes also issued to foreign minors, who, in principle do not have a Resident's Permit, in order to justify the regularity of their situation in France when they go abroad.
