最简单的办法：
mms://video.chinactv.com/ctv  

如果没有WMP，在网上搜索KMPLAYER，不用安装在C盘，随便安装一个盘，然后打开URL里面输入上面那个就OK
我就是在单位的电脑看的，超级清楚！！！
