你在电话亭里打，拨0800 949 939，然后它会回呼你的。
有的电话亭不能打，不知道为什么，一般要等4-5分钟回呼，耐心
刚刚从朋友那里得知的，希望可以帮助你

I've tried the call-back number so many times, but anyone has worked...

and this number that u gave out, i can't dial the 939 after i dialed 0800 949...the phone screen didn't show up the number even though i've push the button.....
