同居的证明一般是指一些写有两个人名字的bills/联名银行账户之类的。

可以问英国的home office。打电话、发邮件都可以。

我之前是问home office的专门管签证的机构，他们不了解法国的PACS，于是把我邮件转给巴黎的Entry Clearance Manager。

在法国的人，可以咨询法国的英国使馆/领事馆吧。毕竟是他们审理的。

有很多人（包括一些律师）说：英国没有异性间的partnership，所以异性间的PACS可能在英国不被承认。

搞得我有点担心，又去问了一下。官方回复如下：

My colleagues and I work on the basis that the PACS in France, be the agreement made between same-sex or heterosexual couples, is an official civil partnership.  Since your partnership is officially recognised in France,  we consider you to be akin to the spouse of your French partner and we would assess your application accordingly in accordance with EEA regulations.  It would not be logical to do otherwise.

现在比较放心了。。。看来，他们是看欧盟的法律而不是英国的。但愿能顺利拿到family permit和后面的residence card...

你好啊， 谢谢你的贴， 但我填表时候没看到PURPOSE OF VISIT, 选不了 EXEMPT/OTHERS, 到最后叫我交钱！！！ 请问在哪选啊？？
