I can take 600 Euro to rent T2/T1, which should be full furnished. The electricity (hot water + heater) and water. And the kitchen will include frying pan, dish, fork and knife. Is it possible?

And normally, there is no air conditioner in the room. How do you spent the summer? I know it will be much hot in some days in Grenoble.
