不要怕   我法语没有问题 所以可以保证信息准确  如果错了 就是neuf得人sb   打得第一个电话咨询并告知退网的时候   那个neuf的人  说的清清楚楚地   1个月的期限  一定解决

所以  如果1个月零一周的时候  你还没有收到derniere facutre ( 也是confirmation de resiliation） 你就去银行关户

大家不会都这么倒霉的　　但是考虑到他们家出问题的情况很多了　　所以　还是采取防范措施比较好

为什么停网这么麻烦，我也正在郁闷中，我寄了信了，附上房东开的搬家证明，后来接到一个电话说我的 理由不充分 非得让我给他们一个新的地址，并且需要证据证明我要搬走了。NND， 昨天受到一封信 说我给他们的挂号信里面没有说解约的理由，还 essayer de me joindre sans succes， 我都在电话里和她们理论半天还 sans secces.

再法国说到这种事情就想抽他们

他们没说错，如果你搬家，新家还在他家RESEAU的覆盖范围，8能解约^^

Normally, we don't have engagement with Neuf for the 29.9Euro package service.
So, we can stop the contract whenever we want.  No need for any excuse.

But if necessary an excuse like the following one could be very appropriate:


All you guys use ass-hole to work. You service smells like shit . I've no choice but to say 88.

No need to inform them in advace if your contract is nothing but a basic 29.9euro package one.

Just first make a phone call and tell them you wanna stop the contract, then they give your a "numero de retour"  for the neuf box and TV decodeur, addresses......  

You write a letter , send it , of course , send the neuf box.... at the same time ,  but to a different address.  You'll know it when you give them a call.


Then as soon as they recieve everything, they'll start to cope with it and get it done within one month.

That's what the procedure should be.  But................. shit always happens with NEUF, because all their staffs are just like shits.

That's why I propose to 关了银行帐户  one and half month after you send them the required stuff.   If they don't get the work done within one month after reception of .......,  then that's all their fault.  They won't win.

挂号信给退回来?? 不太可能吧. 这种公司 都是有个专门部门受信的, 挂号信不会拒收的

That's my fault. I didn't sent it on 挂号信
But do you think it's normal that a ping xin got returned back to me two months after I had sent it???

(The email was replied by a shit at the beginning of may, I saved it in my email box. )



I helped my friend with the resiliation de contrat as well. I didn't sent the lettre recommandee either.  But she recieved la derniere facture within the deadline.  

It only depends on which staff is in charge of your request. if it happens that he or she is a shit, then.......     hehehe

Donc, lettre en recommandee ou non n'est pas grande chose. Mais pour eviter les litiges, il faut quand meme envoyer la lettre recommandee
