if you have a job, 1.5 of smic, you can renew your carte sejour, but it is not VPF, it is professional, and it need take 4 months maximum. so you are better to apply it four months before your carte sejour expired.
you will get RCPC immidiately, but it write on the rcpc, you are not allowed to work full time. so better apply four months before, then you can continue work.
if you have a job, 1.5 of smic, you can renew your carte sejour, but it is not VPF ...
yes, but several things need be carefull.
you need show your divorce paper, officially divorced, then you can apply carte sejour professional(you should have VPF have at the moment), need show your salary sheet and impot, then you will get RCPC immediately, then wait, normally, four months. they will also tell you: not 100% you will get it, but usually you will get it if you pay tax, you have a CDI job with 1.5 smic salary.
the argument is that you are divorced, so you can't apply VPF any more, but you are living in france, already build your own life here, so if you prove that you live independently, you can continue to stay in France.
if you married french, they must give you carte sejour, but for carte sejour professional, they could choose to give you or not, but usually they will give to you if you have a job.
