谢谢众姐妹的意见，决定房子买在Antony了，靠近Parc de seaux, 明天就去签字。

准备买的是Antony的期房，2013年交房，300米RERB，600米Parc de seaux，觉得位置还不错，5000多一平，现在还剩很多套，有的选，把这个消息告诉有需要的MM。

I check Bourg La reine three years, the traffice is very conveninent, almost every five minutes there is a train to Paris, just ten mintues. almost three km to paris, really good place, but price very very expensive, and not so many appartmens avaliable, i am living in bourg la reine, three years now, for a 60m2, at least 300000 euros.

是的，Bourg La reine 车次比Antony多，更方便，学校也不错。如果MM想买在Bourg La reine，也能找到4000欧多一平的，不过可能离RER站远点。

already visited this one in December, actually it is close to bagneux, the kichen need redo, and the layout is not very good, WC and bathroom is in the middle of the appartment, lots of place is wastered, the building itself is not good.

我的情况和你一样。但我上周末才开始鼓起勇气看房。看了fontenay aux roses, 82平，38万，觉得有点高。
目前目标定在bourg la reine，antony，sceaux，versailles，boulogne，saint cloud，palaiseau，maison laffitte，网上查了一下，这些学校都不错。对Nogne不是很了解，有合适的也想去。这次买房主要是为了孩子上学。
姐妹们有好信息别忘了告诉我一声。需要结合自己的预算，将范围缩小。

如果是每天坐RER上班，一般B线罢工机会远比A线频繁，车次也比A少，C线更差. Boulogne 和 St Cloud 价格高出一个档次. Nogent区域不同价格差别大，河边和靠近Bois de Vincennes较贵，而且有2趟去1路地铁的Bus，万一遇到罢工，可以乘1路地铁，因为1路地铁马上全部自动化了，不会有罢工问题

我最近看了些nogent 的房子，但是不知道他们出的价钱是否合理
比如52平米280000 le perreux sur marne
