关于DartyBox THD的网速问题！

  It was not possible, to establish a TCP connection to your eMule.
  Otherusers will only be able to connect to you with the help of a server,resulting in a low ID for you. While eMule still works, this will giveyou several disadvantages. Therfore it is highly recommended to solvethis problem.

How to resolve port problems... Something is interfering with your network communications. There are two main reasons for this:

• If you are using a firewall, ensure that your firwall don't block the required ports! You might need to set a rule to allow the ports to be available.
• If you use a router, make sure that your router forwards the required ports to your local IP!

刚才在darty的网上看了一下suivi de commande.里面一共有6步：1.Inscription 2.Validation 3.Traitement 4.Installation 5.Activation 6.Portabilité
我现在停留在第4步，下面介绍说：Votre accès THD est en attente d'installation.

难道我的THD还没有接通，是不是等完全安装完毕就好了？有没有用过的同学告诉我一声？

还有，我想取消Dartybox提供的防毒服务 Pack sécurité 。可是才他的网页上我没有找到取消的选项，有没有同学知道在哪里？还是一定要到Darty去或者电话才能解决？
