免费的英国Visa : EEA Family Permit

你好啊， 谢谢你的贴， 但我填表时候没看到PURPOSE OF VISIT, 选不了 EXEMPT/OTHERS, 到最后叫我交钱！！！ 请问在哪选啊？？

是当天可以拿到吗？大概需要什么材料呢？

伴侣同行怎么证明呢？就机票住宿等东西？要不要什么雇主的信啊。。。

不知道PACS了不到两年的可不可以拿到family permit呢。。。

听说英国法律会把非同性恋的PACS归到unmarried partner那一类。。。这样就要有两年同居的证明了。。。

最近问了相关部门。。。还没有回复。。。但愿他们不会那样。。。

我好想快点离开这里去法国。。。感觉生活起来比较舒服。。。

天气好很多（我男友那天天阳光灿烂，我这经常下雨）。。。东西也没那么贵。。。食物也没那么难吃。。。

刚收到官方的回复。

原话是：

In the circumstances you describe, if your partner is an EEA national, you would be eligible to apply for an EEA Family Permit as the family member of an EEA national.

我问他们的是：中国人和法国人刚登记PACS（非同性恋），但只在一起住了一年（而不是两年），可不可以申请family permit.

没想到他们居然说可以。。。

我又回email问他们要准备什么文件。。。

原文如下：

Dear Ms Huang,

Since 30/04/06, EC Law recognises civil partners as family members and they have the same rights as spouses under EC law. The PACS in France is an official civil partnership so, in your particular case, you are now considered as a member of your French partner's family, regardless of the length of time for which you have been cohabiting.

In order to qualify for an EEA Family Permit, you will need to submit documentary evidence to show that you are lawfully resident in a Member State (in your case, your residence permit for France), that you have entered into a PACS, and that your partner intends to work in the UK (his job offer).

Additional documentation which might assist in processing your application would include evidence of what you have been doing in France, the funds currently at your disposal and proof of accommodation in the UK.
