Snowmen is a consulting agency specializing in digital marketing and the Chinese market. Based in France with a branch in China, we support prestigious clients (tourism, luxury, cosmetics, food, outdoor) in their digital activities in China, including managing social media (WeChat, RED, Douyin, Weibo, etc.), online store operations (Tmall, JD, Pinduoduo), advertising campaigns, influencer collaborations, and more.

Our dynamic and agile team is growing, and we are looking for an Account Manager – Communication / E-Commerce e to coordinate projects between our clients in France and our teams in China.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Coordinating digital communication projects, including managing social media accounts (content creation, account management, and campaign monitoring).
• Coordinating e-commerce projects, such as creating and managing online stores on T-Mall, JD and social commerce platforms such as RED, Douyin, etc..
• Managing influencer (KOLs) campaigns, in collaboration with Chinese internal teams and partners.
• Supervising translations, copywriting, and graphic design for social media and online shops.
• Ensuring the quality of services provided by our partners and teams in China.
• Contributing to the design and development of new communication and e-commerce projects.

Profile
• Autonomy and rigor: You are organized, multitasking, and comfortable taking the initiative.
• Previous experience managing Chinese digital tools (Tencent, Alibaba, RED, ByteDance, etc.)
• Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in English or French is mandatory.
• At least 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing with significant exposure to the Chinese market.

Conditions
• Contract: Full-time permanent position (CDI), with part-time or freelance options depending on the profile.
• Remote work: Flexible hours, work from home, with respect for deadlines. (With occasional but very infrequent in-person meetings.)
• Start date: March 2025.
