CCL Tech, one of the largest Self-Checkout and POS (Point of sales) vendors of the world is recruiting a sales / Business developer for its European subsidiary in Paris.
Headquartered in Qingdao, China and incorporated in Paris since March 2020, CCL Tech specializes in “Checkout automation” solutions, based on advanced HW and a powerful SW suite. CCL Tech is also providing Ordering kiosks as well as traditional POS HW solution. CCL Tech is today partnering with some of the largest Retailers in the world and growing rapidly.
The role of the sales person will be to develop the business within FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Good) and QSR (Quick service Restaurant) sectors across France and the South of Europe. This role will require a BS/MS (Finance, sales, engineering) or equivalent work experience.
It will be partially home office with regular travels across Europe and France.
The role will consist of the following:
- Manage an existing base of partners/distributors/integrators/SW partners
- Develop new business / streams of revenues, addressing directly both channel and final customers
- Those final customers could be Retailers (Tier 1, Tier 2…) or large Food chains
- Structure the channel for your territory to secure proper development / growth
- Your role will cover pre sales with support of HQ team, pricing and offering management towards channel until collecting cash
- Active prospection is required to develop the business and active support from European team will be provided to help growing the business (we use a lead generation company for support)
- You will be incentivized on Revenues based on a yearly quota
- This is a single contributor role, hands on in a fast growing industry

- Appetite for Retail (“customer journeys”) / QSR sectors, POS HW and POS SW solutions
- Appetite for hight tech topics
- Communicate effectively with team members and across teams between EMAE and China
- Strong work ethic – someone who takes great pride in professionalism, responsibility, and being proactive
- Solution-oriented / demonstrated ability to initiate and drive continuous improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Experience acting as an effective change agent
- Fluent in English
