对于初学者
il y a 表示在什么时候之前 ，强调 “以前”或 在。。。之前。多用于复合过去时 。
depuis （for + since) 即可以引出一个点 ，又可以从一件事开始。有开头，无结尾。虽然有时不知从何时开始，但说话者知道，他什么时候开始。多用于现在时，表示从过去某一点，延续到现在。也可以用于复合过去时，涉及到动词的体， 过于复杂。所以老师们常说depuis 只和现在时连用。
en 表示有某种能力在什么时间内完成。J'ai fait ça seulement en 10 mms!
pendant
是一个完整的时间段，虽然有时没标明从什么时候后开始 ，或是何时结束。可用于过去时，也可用于将来时。
A most common mistake is to use POUR as the translation of the English FOR when you want to express how long you have been doing something or how long you did it in the past. French use two different prepositions to express these two different ideas .
-First possibility : J'étudie le français depuis 2 ans
You have been doing something for sometime or you have not done something for a while: I have not gone to bed for 2 days, I have been awake for 2 days. In both cases, negative or positive, as you speak, what you say still holds, you still need some sleep!
In that case use DEPUIS and note that:
' The present tense has to be used with DEPUIS when you want to say that you have been doing something for a while: je suis debout DEPUIS deux jours.
'The "passé composé" + negation (ne'pas) has to be used with DEPUIS when you want to say that you have not done something in a while: Je n'ai pas dormi DEPUIS deux jours
-Second possibility : J'ai étudié le français pendant deux ans quand j'avais 15 ans
You did something in the past for a certain number of time (minutes, month, years etc.), but it's over as you speak: you are no longer studying French.
In that case use PENDANT + passé composé.
depuis (il y a ... que, voilà ... que, cela fait ... que) : 有起的时间, 并且延持到你说话的时刻
-- Je connais Marcel depuis 10 ans (ou des années). 十年 (来) 了 (多年了)。
-- Il pleut depuis 2 jours. 两天了。 两天来
-- Il habite à Paris depuis son mariage.(...以来， 一直住在)
也就是说， 持续到说话之时， 仍是这种状况
1) 非瞬间动词 (duratif, ou imperfectif) 举几个例子 : attendre, demeurer, posséder, réfléchir, chercher, ...
depuis, il y a ... que, voilà ... que, cela fait ... que : 从 ... 以来， 一般用现在时 ( 非瞬间动词 présent)
-- Il est médecin depuis 10 ans.
-- Voilà plus de 15 ans qu'ils sont mariés.
-- Il y a 3 ans qu'ils vivent ensemble.
-- Cela fait une semaine qu'il fait beau.
-- Je connais Marcel depuis 10 ans.
-- Ca fait 2 heures que je t'attends.
2) 但是有些动词， 可以用过去时， 估计英文有可能叫瞬间动词，这种动词不含持续的意思 (momentané, instantané ou perfectif ) 用符合过去时， 这个时间的计算是动作完成和说话之时的那一段. 强调动作结果的持续性
-- Marc est toujours là ? -- Oh, il a quitté Paris depuis 3 ans.-- Il est mort depuis 2 ans.
-- Le tain pour Paris ? -- Il est parti depuis 10 minutes
-- Il y a un mois qu'elle a déménagé.
-- Cela fait trois jours qu'on m'a volé mon vélo.
这种动词， 举几个例子 : éclater, exploser, sursauter, trouver, arriver,décéder, descendre, disparaître, monter, mourir, naître, partir, parvenir, rentrer, repartir, retourner, revenir, sortir 这种 用法往往有一个(比较特殊的)前后文, 象中文， 你打听一个人， 回答是 “ (你还找他， )他都走了十年了”
3) 非瞬间动词否定式, 也用复合过去时 (时间计算是动作之时和现在这一段)
-- Depuis 3 ans tu ne m'a pas offert de fleurs.
-- Cela fait un an que tu ne m'as pas emmené au restaurant.
-- Voilà 10 ans que je ne l'ai pas vue.
-- Il y a 3 mois qu'il n'a pas plu.
Pendant
pendant 和你说话的时间没有关系, 也就是说你不知道何时起何时止, 动词可以是过去, 将来, 现在, 就是在某期间,
pendant les vacances, pendant l'été, pendant dix ans, pendant mon absence ...
后面如果是数字, + plusieurs，..., pendant 可以省列
-- Chaque année, il part (pendant) 3 semaines au Club Med.
-- Ils parlent (pendant) des heures et des heures sans rien faire.
1. il y a表示多长时间以前发生过什么，elle est partie il y a une heure. 她已经走了1小时了。
2. pendant 表示一段时间，往往和复合过去时搭配。 j'ai travaillé en france pendant deux ans. 我在法国工作过2年，暗示现在已不在法国工作了，这个动作已经结束。
3. depuis 表示自从，动作本身还在继续。 il pleut depuis 30 minutes. 雨下了30分钟，雨还在下。
4. pour 带有预测性， je vais aller à shanghai pour deux semaines.
5. en 表示完成某事必须所要花费的时间。 on passe le tcf en 1 heure et demie.
不可以。
je vais aller en france pendant deux ans:表示你要用2年去法国。现在的交通这么发达，怎么可能用2年。你可以说
je vais rester en france pendant deux ans:表示你要在法国待2年，这2年是定好的。
je vais rester en france pour deux semaines: 表示你要在法国可能待2星期，这2星期带有预测性，可能待2星期，也可能待更久过着更短。
