英国签证：为什么确认邮件没有那个需要准备材料的list？

我也是刚办的，填完申请表以后也没有收到List，给他发了邮件去问，确实也回我了，不过还是没给我list

我也写信去问了。收到了一堆客气的废话。原文如下：
Dear Sir or Madam,







Thank you for submitting your email enquiry. In answer to your question, we would like to inform of the following:





The supporting documents you need to make an application will depend on the type of visa you need.







Regardless of visa type, you must submit:



    * A passport or travel document
    * 2 recent passport-sized (45mm x 35mm), colour photographs of
    * taken against a light coloured background
    * clear and of good quality, and not framed or backed
    * printed on normal photographic paper, and
    * full face and without sunglasses, hat or other head covering unless you wear this for cultural or religious reasons.
    * The visa fee. This cannot be refunded, and you must normally pay it in the local currency of the country where you are applying.
    * The correct Visa Application Form
    * Supporting documents relevant to your application.
