没听说过这个卡

刚才搜了一下几乎没有消息
不过这种卡只能在法国用你看有人说的
“We were given the Cartwin but this can only be used for credit in France and cannot be used for internet transactions.....”
劝楼主还是使用国际通用的visa 万事达 american express
