In 2007, 10 million people were being employed, within 4.6% the rate of unemployment . This rate in France is about 8.7%. Why the rate of unemployment in Australia is much more less than  France? The proper policy could develop a country.In 2000, the indirect tax system was  being reformed substantially with the introduction of a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST); which attracts investment easily than France. In France the  taxes are so heavy for each of a company. And Australia accepts more immigrants, and most of them belong to the skilled immigrants which within the higher education and the ability of  technology. It is better to develope one country quickly.
