Job Title: Marketing Executive
Department/Division: Marketing
Report to: Brand Manager
Job Purpose:
Assist line manager to develop and implement ATL or BTL marketing activities of the brand to achieve on-premise and off-premise brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:
1. Assist brand manager to formulate and implement marketing campaign with the focus on the execution and related promotional communication.
Ø
Plan, execute and evaluate marketing activities for relevant brand with concept formulation, message development, timely execution, measurable goals setting, and results-oriented evaluation.
Ø
Coordinate with relevant function and vendor to ensure efficient and effective implementation of the activities.
Ø
Liaise with media or PR agency to ensure effective message delivery.
Ø
Brief, manage, and evaluate agencies on an on-going basis to ensure quality services.
2. Develop and implement different promotion formats for different types of outlets / markets by working with agencies and trade marketing teams closely
Ø
Manage the marketing services organizations eg. advertising agencies, designers, printings, promotions companies.
Ø
Work closely with trade marketing team to give support on POP, POI, POS management. Give instruction on customized promotion activity.
Ø
Liaise and negotiate with promotional agencies to meet pre-set marketing goals and objectives.
3. Assist brand manager to develop brand understanding by establishing a monitoring and assessing system with research manager
Ø
Keep tracking and gathering market intelligence information (competitors’ activities, pricing, sales channel) to get more knowledge on brand-relevant competitive environment.
Ø
Understand, interpret and act upon data from marketing research studies. Assist brand manager to fully use marketing techniques and definition (marketing mix, brand positioning, pricing strategy, advertising) in order to recommend and implement adequate brand strategies.
Requirements:
1.
2-3 years experience in brand marketing area, or ad. agency/PR agency/or relevant marketing position
2.
Energetic, Out-going, Open-minded, passionate, familiar with Trendy Night Life Field (music, fashion, etc.); strong communication skill; willing to travel frequently
3.
Fluent English is required
