speak slowly, clearly and calmly.  if you don't understand the interviewer's question, don't hesitate to ask him to repeat it for you. Otherwise, prepare some questions beforehand and keep the interviewer busy answering them. in this way, you'll get to kill two birds with one stone. first in first, this move may sidetrack the interviewer from asking his prepared questions or at least leave him less time to quiz you, secondly, you may impress him with your curiosity. in a word, if you indeed want to avoid getting questioned by the interviewer, question him first.

看你是在法国的公司，还是在英语国家的公司，
看你面HR，还是MANAGER，
如果是在法国的公司话，HR或者MANAGER的话，他们也就要求你随便讲几句就OK了，除非跟你面试的是个外国人，
如果是在国外的公司话，HR面的基本上不会涉及专业性的东西，CV基本不问，问题基本围绕在个人的能力方面，什么TEAM WORK之类的，然后就是要你举例，抠的蛮深的。MANAGER的话，就是一些专业性的问题。
