Interail Global Pass interdit person who lives not more than 6 months right ?

D'Aboard, I will depart from 28/05 ( not sure if I haven't received my Interail Global Pass, parce que I booked that Pass from Railway Choice, a website belongs by England last week, have to wait for the pass arrive ).
If all are processing smoothly,
then I will start my trip to a EUROPE City which is nearest to PARIS,
because that damn pass is only free for others europe countries ( oh my god ), to take those railway cross in France i have to pay 80percent for the ticket price.

Whatever now Brussels ( Belgium) is my first stop, and maybe Luxembourg will be the second ( because very near, right ?), and also for Holland, Swizerland, considering about German, Italy and Austria. Because just around them , quel dommage if i just pass over them without visit. : ' (
