Banking Operations Clerk

Job Duties:

-To receive customer instruction, check account to ensure a sufficient balance to cover transaction;

-To ensure the validity of customer's instruction;

-To check supporting documents for FCY remittance/local transfer/FCY conversion to RMB as per internal procedures & local regulations;

-To perform maintenance in banking system;

-To handle general customer enquiries over the counter and refer to relevant staff/supervisor if necessary.



Job Requirements:

-University graduate;

-Working experience in banking is preferred;

-Fluent in spoken and written English;

-Good communication and interpersonal skills;

-Able to work independently with strong self-motivation.

Job Duties:



l           Conduct server security check and logs review for Windows, Unix etc;

l           Monitor vulnerabilities and anti-virus update;

l           Work with branch IT to follow up virus infection incident;

l           Assist IT Security manager on IT security report, documentation.





Job Requirements:



l           Bachelor student major in Computer Science or other related fields, 2008 graduate. Job will be offered to those excellent performers;
