Provide finance solution for channel business, including channel management, sells incentive policy management (Sell in, annual rebate, back end rebate, Sell through/Sell Out incentive, price protect, etc), give each incentive payment solution.
End to end management for sells incentive, including sells incentive solution design, contract review, AR/AP reconciliation with customer, sells incentive accrual, sells incentive settlement.
Build Channel finance process and implement it.
ST/SO budget management.
Channel operation analysis
Through channel operation analysis, make judgment for different channel mode.
Analysis sells incentive, and provide valuable opinion to business department.
FP&A
Organize annual budget plan/rolling forecast/monthly business analysis, disclose business problem and risk, reach business target according to KPI distribution/resource Configuration/ Assessment management, etc.
Based on product (project) management, through project operation management and financial index management, identify business problem in project operation, give finance suggestion, and reach business improvement.
Focus on Sales and Retail channel, and give finance solution.
Requirements:
High proficiency in Microsoft software (particularly in Excel and PowerPoint)
Deep insight and meticulous in handling data with strong logical thinking capacity
Proficiency in IT and web-based platforms
Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with a wide variety of people
Proactive and high service-orientation
Good logical capability of questioning, distinguishing, analyzing, summarizing and communicating
Ability to work independently and self-organize
Fluent in English, French and Chinese
