17年回国，18年时候还用报17年的收入税吗？

When you relocate back to China you should inform the tax office of your new address.  
In January 2018, the tax declaration system will change. From 2018, we will pay taxes for the current year instead of the previous one as it is the case now. So you may not have to pay taxes on your 2017 incomes. In any case, please let the tax office now of your new address .
