开玩笑吧  人家都说了还没开始申请呢 = =  而且一般不都是三月尾四月初开始的吗  怎么会三月尾就结束 - =

Are you studying for (or hold) a university degree that is not French? In order to start the second year of a Bachelor (Licence 2), the third year of a Bachelor (Licence 3), the first year of a Masters (Master 1) or the second year of a Masters (Master 2) at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in September 2016, you must apply at sesame.univ-paris1.fr between 14 and 30 March 2016. You must then put together an application file with the following documents。

应该是已经开始了吧！！

Sur la page d’accueil du site de Paris1, vous devez cliquer sur « candidature

Puis sur « sesame » et ensuite télécharger, imprimer le dossier et l’envoyer accompagné des

pièces demandées avant le 08 Avril 2016  à l’adresse suivante :

网上有人说，这样的情况应该是不让外国人申请该专业

外国学生的申请是另一个链接，不同专业的申请时间不同，建议你还是问一下那边招生的老师吧。
