Your responsibilities:
- As the 1st line technical support, you need to resolve IT requests (eg. system, network, ERP,...) online or remotely for all users in Asia, and deal with user requests about IT products and services;
- As a relay, you need to collaborate with the other IT teams, support and help teammates on technical improvements, and be responsible for documentations, reportings and KPI analysis;
Working environment:
- The team members have 3 different workshifts in turn (morning, dayshift and nightshift).

- Implement IT infrastructure and network (LAN & WAN) for new store opening in Decathlon South East Asia
Zone (SEA Zone)
- Deploy Decathlon IT project solution in stores
- Provide IT support for stores in SEA Zone
- Communicate with store users in person and check IT environment on site, travel required (1.5 week per month)
- Manage suppliers and outsourcing engineers to keep IT service quality in a high level
- Manage IT fixed assets and make the next year IT budget;

PROFILE:

-You are the owner of the retail information system product and you manage the quality of the product;
- Your scope covers all regions in Asia e.g China Mainland, HK, Taiwan, Singapore etc.
- Support daily retail software as Stores back office (Price, stocks management...) or front office (Cashing system, CRM)
Manage version upgrade of retail software and communication to all stakeholders e.g. store users and development/project team;
- Be responsible in the development - maintenance transition phase and prepare the support mode.
- Produce status / incident report of the product, provide recommendation to the team based on the analysis.
- Regularly update the skill matrix document to ensure the knowledge base is well maintained
Train and coach team members on retail software
Sensitive business sense - you collect and forecast user’ needs and build the action plan to insure their working efficiency (Issue, change & quality management);
- Good vision of products and solution developing trends in retailing industry: Cashing, CRM, E-commerce, ERP, etc;
