I think not every one has to buy a large new appartement in the center of large cities like Beijing or Shanghai




thought, anyway, the prices in the article are too low for the appartements in large cities, but maybe works for smaller cities, where still live many people.

a new appartement in ShenZhen, not in the center section but still in the city, with a surface about 100m^2, can cost 70w-80w RMB. That's an appartement that one of my friends is going to buy.
