版主你好，今天丝芙兰给我回信同意说退款，要等到Chronopost把包裹退回来之后10天才退给我，我想问这样正常吗？
Chronopost这样的办事效率我真的很怀疑什么时候能才把包裹退回，这种我见都没见到包裹的情况，包裹怎么样应该跟我没关系吧，丝芙兰会因为包裹破损或者丢失拒绝给我退还吗？
如果是这样，我应该找哪个部门投诉呢？

这个tb买东西不也一样嘛
要求退款的话 要等卖家收回包裹 确认后 才给退钱得

包裹没人领 总归是要退回去的
就是花点时间
