不用，她家就是要运费，退货费不用自己出。有退货单的一般都不用自己出。
退货流程：
1. Pack your garment in the original plastic bag and box (we try to keep waste to a minimum, so please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much you can).

2. Fill in the returns note using the return codes, e.g. ‘1. Too small.’ If applicable, add the details of the new size or colour that you would like in exchange. Put the note inside the parcel.
随包裹来的有一张纸，分3节，中间那结撕下来，如果退货在左边填上原因，比如1是太小。如果换货在右边填上你想换的号码或者颜色。
3. Peel off the free return label and attach it to the outside of the parcel, making sure that you remove or cover the original address label. If you think your parcel might weigh more than 2kg or you’ve re-packaged it into a box that is longer than 60cm, please contact Customer Service who will email you another pre-paid postage label.
