回国不关银行账户，之后怎么操作

Ask your friend to close it for you. You just need to write an authorization letter. Put your RIB information and  the bank information in China as well as your signature. Ask your French bank to transform all the money to your Chinese bank and close it.

好多人都有同样问题 CAF总是这样 随便有点事就停很久 然后一次性打给你 有就不错了 没必要和他们生气

这个caf也可能下次会需要你递交新的居留材料，这个钱能不能拿下来还存在疑问。但是你银行账户每个月开着还要手续费呢。
