假如你签rupture + indemnite的话，你不可能马上领失业金，因为他们计算领取失业金总时间的时候会考虑你拿到的indemite金额，然后再计算时间的。
比如：假设你领到的indemnite有2万，还得交税。在没有领indemnite的前提下，假设本来失业金你可以领每个月领2千，时间是23个月的，但是这个时候他们会根据你领的indemnite金额计算你可以领失业金的时间，领的indemnite越多，可以领到失业金的时间会缩短，也就是说au lieu de prendre 23 mois 的失业金，你可能就是第N个月7个月开始，而且时间就是23-N的了。
solution: 你跟老板先协商签rupture的imdemnite金额，然后跟他说是否以licenciement par faut的形式做处理，公司私下给你支票，你可以分几次存到银行。这样一来，你既可以领indemnite（不用交税），也可以正常的领取失业金，而且老板也不会多交imdemnite的税金，双赢！
