Copy of your national identity card
Please provide a copy of your national identity card. If you have more than one (1) national identity card (for example, one (1) from the country/countries of which you are a citizen and one (1) from the country in which you are currently living), please provide a certified copy of each card. You must provide a copy of both sides of each card.
Letter of invitation
Please provide a signed letter of invitation from your contact in Australia, indicating your proposed travel dates and any offer of financial support or accommodation.
Evidence of adequate funds or access to adequate funds.
All Visitor visa applicants must have adequate means to support themselves, or access to adequate means to support themselves, during the period of the applicants’ intended stay in Australia.
If you are intending to meet your own expenses during your proposed visit, please provide evidence that you have sufficient funds. This may include, but is not limited to:
- last 3 months bank statements and/or passbooks
- air tickets that have already been purchased;
- available credit card funds.
If you will be relying on the assistance of another person during the proposed visit, generally the person offering support should confirm their offer in writing. Please provide evidence that the person can provide the support offered. This evidence should include employment letters, pay slips and bank statements.
Please provide your parent’s employment information as well (i.e. last 3 payslips, employment contracts).

楼主你好，我近期打算2月15号去悉尼参加朋友婚礼。但是在官网上找不到600号旅行签证。也找不到表格。就下载了你的1419表格。是不是填好了就直接按照上面的东西准备就可以了？用不用去澳大利亚驻法国大使馆要表格填写啊？还说填好表格准备好材料。然后直接寄走就可以呢？还有。那个护照的认证。是不是叫copy confirmer de mon passport？楼主看到的话。麻烦回复一下。主要是我英语不是特别好。还在纠结表格问题。谢谢
