From experience, at least the people around me, the PHD can get CAF in the first two years if they also did master in France. Since I did my master in France I can get CAF during my PHD. For example, I did master between 2010-2012 and I started my phd from 2013. In 2013, they calculated my CAF based on the situation of 2011 when we do not have any income. So we get enough help from CAF. Even now in 2015 we still get help from CAF but it is not as much as before. It is based on our situation (tax declaration) of 2013 .  I did not tell any lie and I am salary instead of student.

有法国工作CDD合同，你就填工作。不是法国的CDD合同（比如国内CSC出钱的）填学生。若是艾菲尔或者各个大区出钱的bourse，填学生，且交这个bourse证明，说明你比一般没收入的人还要穷 ，呵呵呵，所以才有bourse。最后他们是按照家庭收入（法国给你的收入，bourse不算收入，是说明你比较穷，特批给你补贴。。。）来审批，和你学生不学生没关系了。

ministre的，或者CIFRE的博士，就得算收入了……天朝出钱的，或者艾菲尔的，或者大区的，还可以不算收入。呵呵呵。我以前读博士时候，也申请房补的。嘿嘿。。。。

第一年可能可以。因为你去年是学生没有收入。明年就能不行了。因为你在法国缴税了。有你的记录。但注意，明年他们万一复查你的收入情况，可能会要你返还发给的房补。

看去年家庭的总收入的。要是收入不足，可能就可以了。

其实是看前年的 15年caf情况是根据13年的税单计算的
