You inform us that you forgot to write my room number in the address.
Your address has been corrected and your tickets will be sent back to the correct
address as soon as they are returned to the dispatch center .
If you still have not received your tickets on the departure date, please ask in your railway
station for new tickets with your booking reference and credit card used for the on line payment
as well as an 'After Sales Travellers / Delivery at home' form to get the refund.
You will established new tickets at the same rate and will have to pay once again for your tickets.
You will then have to send the tickets bought on site as well as your account information and
number to the service in charge of claims on the ticket home deliveries.
