不想打击楼主，法语不行，面对面的面试或者是法语面试基本没希望。除非你英语很好可以自如应对。又或者你的专业能力特别牛。但是这种电话面试的话，法语不好，是没什么希望的。不好意思啊，打击楼主了，对不起。

去年有过一个，总之电话面试不好面，因为你不知道对方的情绪。

一般我经过的电话面试，一种是很简单的，单对单交流，直接和tuteur交流。另一种是比较变态的，多人通话，和rh或者chef都有交流。lz你首先要对面试的种类有心理预期。

其次准备起来都是大同小异，首先就是自我介绍，写120-200字左右，念熟练，面试时放在旁边；再次就是对常见问题的准备，比如3qualite 3defaut之类的，这些常见问题需要你上网查询；第三是对自己简历要熟悉，你写的每一段 expérience professionnel 都要能扩展开来介绍清楚。第四就是对实习sujet了解了，这个不是强求的，因为很多实习介绍说的并不是很明白，但是其中的关键字，比如用到得软件或者专业词汇，你要了解是什么东西，你对sujet的目的是什么要有一个大致的认知，而且对于怎么做也有自己的想法。在这个前提下当对方向你介绍sujet的时候你就可以跟的很紧，而且见缝插针表达出自己的了解会很加分。

这个就是我的基本经验了，你要是还有时间，就把公司了解的清楚一些，这个周末加把劲，应该可以做到的。不要怕自己法语不好，只要准备得足够充分，完全有可能超水平发挥，不要紧张。

我第一次电话面试是和Dahert，很喜欢那个职位，可惜太紧张，没成。你过段时间看看就算不成功也是一次不过的经历

其实不用太紧张 多面试几次就习惯了 其实communication的职位也有很多要求的 不仅仅是语言 还有personnalite啊之类的 加油加油 我一直觉得像这种职位都是挺锻炼人的 lz如果有幸能成功 只要在职3个月法语肯定会有大突破的 我的亲身经历
