请教一张相片的拍摄手法

一般来说只有用移轴相机才能拍出类似的效果，不过就你问的这张，更像是photoshop后期做的，把天空和近景部分虚化就可以达到这样的效果。

手机就可以做成这个效果啦，嘿嘿，现在有专门的移轴插件，iphone上面的叫tiltshiftgen，不过玩两次就腻了，嘻嘻
