Responsibilities
Organize workshop or technical communication with Deutsche Telekom
Collect the relevant customer requirements and make out the solution with Production Line
Organize and execute projects, such as biding project, technical communication meeting, testing project
Coordinate internal resource allocation and feasibility studies for potential projects
Lead tender process based on the customers’ RFP/RFQ, especial P2P, Solution and Equipment’s configuration
Participate in contract negotiations
Profile
Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, electronics or computer science
A minimum of 3 years experience in the telecommunications industry
Excellent knowledge and experience on core or wireless, such as GSM/WCDMA/LTE/Core Network
Good networking and relationship management skills, proven track record of business development and account management experience within large organizations
Experience of working with different cultures in complex environments and working in virtual teams
Good interpersonal skills and ability to succeed in an ever changing environment
Highly flexible, organized and effective time management skills
English and German must be business level

Profil
Bac à Bac+2/3, vous êtes un professionnel expérimenté du secteur bancaire et plus particulièrement du marché des particuliers, vous souhaitez intégrer un groupe leader qui valorise les compétences de ses collaborateurs
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le chinois, notamment le mandarin et le cantonais

Responsibilities
Customer communication, Business Development, Strategy planning, and project follow up
Follow the international telecommunications market, keep track of the industry trend, Manage the business development relationship with operator, in line with ZTE values providing direction and assisting with prioritization of activity in order to optimize business results and opportunities
Analyze and evaluate client needs and project feasibility, and make the mid-oterm/long-term regional marketing strategy. Manage customer requirements and customer expectations from pre-sales through to the implementation stages of the project.
Marketing Solution Interface
Take technical responsibility for customer interface from a solution perspective.
Communicate with R&D HQ, to make sure the rode map match the Market requirement.
Prepare and participate in exhibitions and technical seminars, and present company’s products and technical solution to cope with market development and promotion activities of Sales department
Participate in MTO sales projects, make solution presentations. Contribute to solution cost estimates, perform business intelligence and analysis of market trends, competitors etc.
Profile
Bachelor of Science degree in either a technical or business related field or related industry experience
Excellent understanding of Telecom Network framework and general direction of telecom developing. Strong technical understanding of Mobile or Fix network\Core network\ VAS\Transmission\Data.

Excellent written and presentation skills
Good verbal and written communication skills in English or French,German
Good interpersonal skills in terms of influencing, negotiating and listening
