请问BNP的账单能自己打印吗？该如何操作？

connetez-vous sur le site de la banque BNP et choisissez le compte courant, après vous allez voir la détaille de la rélévée du compte et puis vous pouvez l'imprimer

是一般的提款机吗？因为我要办英国签证，需要bank statements or bank books covering the previous months of transactions (These should show what has been paid in and out of an account for the previous  months,and should name the account holder) 或者Bank letter or balance certificate...我去了BNP，让我写一封法语信，说之后会联系我，然后就石沉大海了%>_<%...有没有什么建议？
