The HY vehicle maintenance and diagnosis engineer will be in charge of making the maintenance of hybrid vehicles, which means:
To make all the preventive works to avoid any failures
To make the diagnosis of eventual failures and organize the work for repairing
To manage the use of the vehicles
JOB DESCRIPTION
To fulfill his mission the HY vehicle maintenance and diagnosis engineer will have to perform the following activities:
Do or organize the regular maintenance work of the vehicles
Make the diagnosis of eventual failures both on the vehicle and the powertrain
Manage the repair of the vehicle - Do it by himself if possible or organize the work with the relevant partners
Manage the utilization of the vehicle
Make some disassembly work of the vehicle
Load new software if required for some tests.
PROFILE REQUIRED
Skills:
Academic Training: Academic level Bachelor
General knowledge about vehicle and powertrain
Specific Academic Training: More specific training on EE architecture and components for vehicle;
Experiences: About 5 years of experience in quality and/or testing
Be able to read drawings
Experience in CAN/LIN networks
Experience in diagnosis tools like Canalyser, Diamux
Experience in works on High Voltage network (aware about safety problems)
Languages: Ability to speak and to manage meetings in English and to write reports in English.
Behavioural Ability: Good skills in communication (oral and written) and in managing working relationships.
