【职位信息】
As a Premium Support Engineer, you will manage a customer portfolio within our Customer Service and Support Department.You will be decisive in deploying our Premium Support service to our customers.You will be the key contact support engineer of your customer accounts andaddress both their functional and technical requests. The position is locatedin Beijing.
Responsibilities:
- Functional assistance
o Provide user assistance
o Train and coach users
o Provide current best practice recommendations
- Application maintenance
- Improvement request management
o Advise and propose Improvement
o Conduct customer requests’ feasibility studies in collaboration with FuturMasterConsultants
o Plan and implement
Qualifications & Skills
- Education :
o At least a Bachelor of Science degree in a related discipline (Supply Chain,Information Systems, etc.)
o CET-6 or equivalent
- Experience:
o Either overseas study experience
o Or working experience in a technical support / customerservice department in an international environment
- Skills
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Capable to work in English
o Analytical and Problem Solving skills
o Rigorous
