Your missions:
Manage shop managers in order to keep the turnover and ensure the
quantitative and qualitative results of your region.

Your responsibilities:
• Through marketing research and analysis, propose and adjust the sales target of your
region
• Ensure the implementation of the commercial policy and visual merchandising policy
in your region
• Give responsibilities to shop manager and support them to fulfill business objectives
• Control the implementation of the procedures relevant to shop activities and
guarantee the communication between shops and the headquarter
• Recruit and guarantee the quality
• Motivate shop managers, evaluate and develop team members’ skills

We hope you meet the following requirements:
• College degree or above, fluent in English and French and Chinese
• 3 years experiences in sales and management in relevant industry
• Available to travel
• Leadership and decision-making ability
• Excellent communication skills and team work spirit
• Have a passion for fashion and work with enthusiasm
• Understand and behave in accordance with the company value
